Happy Events brings you CrossRoads: an innovative training designed to break poverty mindsets and equip participants to make better decisions and understand how to help the poor & disadvantaged without creating dependency & entitlement. Workshop includes lectures, group discussion, lateral thinking puzzles, questionnaires/surveys to fill out, and individual sharing time. Fee inclusive of lunch, AM&PM snacks.
Crossroads is an internationally recognized curriculum which has been certified by the UNHCR, the Colorado Department of Human Services, and the governments of Norway, Hungary and Slovakia.
Workshop trainer is Lynn Nawata, Asia-Pacific Director for Day2 International, an NGO that provides training for NGOs, governments, churches and schools in how to break poverty mindsets and help people discover their purpose.
